Everything You Need to Know About Joay9

Covering account setup, payments in PKR, bonuses, cricket betting and more.

Account & Registration

Head over to joay9.top/register and fill in your mobile number, choose a strong password and confirm you are 18 or over. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile — enter it to verify and your account is active within seconds. The entire process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on Joay9. This applies to all gaming products including slots, casino tables, bingo and sports betting. We take responsible gaming seriously — if you are under 18, please do not attempt to register.

On the Login page, tap Forgot Password below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive a reset OTP within a few minutes. Follow the on-screen steps to choose a new password. If you still cannot access your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support for manual account recovery.

No — each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our terms and conditions and may result in the suspension of all accounts linked to the same device, mobile number or payment method. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support to merge or close the duplicate.

Log in and navigate to your account settings. Most details can be updated directly — however, changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification for security. Raise a request through live chat and our team will walk you through the process, usually completed within 24 hours.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Joay9 supports a full range of Pakistan-friendly payment options: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and major debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular among Pakistani players as they reflect instantly. Visit the Deposit page after logging in for current minimum amounts and processing times.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your Joay9 PKR balance within seconds. In rare cases during peak hours, it may take up to five minutes. If your balance has not updated after ten minutes, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it quickly.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page when you are logged in. Generally, mobile wallet deposits have a lower minimum than bank transfers. Always check the current limits before initiating a transfer to avoid any delays.

For security and fraud prevention, Joay9 requires that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the same account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared family accounts — may be flagged and returned. We recommend using your own JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account to avoid any issues with your balance or withdrawals.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard and select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Enter the PKR amount you wish to withdraw, confirm the details and submit the request. Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals can be delayed if your account has an incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus wagering requirement, or if the request was submitted during a high-volume period. Check your account notification panel for any pending verification steps. If everything looks clear on your end and the withdrawal is still pending after 24 hours, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number.

Joay9 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — particularly for bank transfers. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule. Withdrawal limits and any applicable conditions are displayed clearly in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

New members who register and make their first PKR deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The exact amount and terms are displayed on the promotions section of your dashboard after you log in. To make the most of it, read the wagering requirements before you start playing — they tell you how many times the bonus needs to be played through before winnings can be withdrawn.

A wagering requirement — sometimes called a playthrough requirement — is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real cash. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager PKR 10,000 in total before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Requirements vary by promotion, so always check the individual bonus terms.

Yes — most Joay9 bonuses carry an expiry window, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Check the expiry date shown next to each active bonus in your promotions dashboard.

Sports Betting & Cricket

Absolutely. Joay9 covers all major PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments featuring Pakistan. Head to the Bet section after logging in to see live odds, match winner markets, top batsman and bowler bets, over/under totals and in-play live betting options that update ball by ball.

In addition to cricket, Joay9 offers betting markets on football — including international matches and top club leagues — as well as esports titles popular with Pakistani gamers. The full list of available sports and current events is accessible in the Bet section once you are logged in.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is declared, most standard bets are voided and your stake is returned to your Joay9 balance as a full refund. For Duckworth-Lewis (DLS) reduced-over results, bets are typically settled on the official outcome. Always check the specific market rules displayed next to each bet before placing it, as conditions can differ by market type.

Slots & Casino Games

Joay9 hosts hundreds of slot titles ranging from classic three-reel machines to feature-rich video slots with multipliers, free spin rounds, cascading reels and progressive jackpots. New titles are added regularly. Browse the full catalogue in the Slot Games or Slots sections — you can filter by provider, volatility or theme.

Yes — live casino tables on Joay9 stream 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can join live roulette, baccarat and blackjack tables at any time of the day or night. Peak hours typically see more table options and higher bet limits. Visit the Casino section to see all currently live tables.

Joay9's Bingo section offers a relaxed, social gaming experience. Purchase your bingo cards, wait for the draw and match numbers to complete patterns on your card. Prizes are awarded based on the pattern completed. Multiple rooms with different ticket prices and prize pools run throughout the day, making it easy to find a game that fits your budget.

App & Technical

Visit the Download page on the Joay9 website from your Android phone. Tap the download button to get the APK file. Before installing, make sure "Install from unknown sources" is enabled in your phone's security settings. Once installed, log in with your existing credentials — all your balance and history carry over automatically.

Start by clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If you are on mobile data, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network issue. Make sure your browser is up to date — Chrome and Firefox work best with Joay9. If the site still does not load, try accessing it via the Joay9 app instead, or contact support and we will check whether there is any scheduled maintenance.

Joay9 is fully optimised for mobile browsers on iOS devices. Open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone or iPad, navigate to joay9.top, log in and play directly — no app installation needed. For the best experience, add the site to your home screen using Safari's "Add to Home Screen" option so it behaves like a native app.

Responsible Gaming

Joay9 provides responsible gaming tools in your account settings. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits as well as session time reminders. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period for your protection. Visit the Responsible Gaming page to learn more about all available tools.

Yes. If you feel you need a break, you can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days from your account settings. For longer-term self-exclusion, contact our support team directly and we will close your account for the period you choose. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications. Gaming is meant to be enjoyed as entertainment — always play within your budget and time limits.
